'Seas the Day' - Personal development empowerment Workshop

Aims

• To unleash and instil in individuals the power to make positive change, in times of adversity, in and out of the workplace/school
• Offer a range of practical strategies that can be used to overcome adversity in life or in the workplace/school
• Unlimited beliefs
• Creating ‘Can do’ attitudes

Objectives

To provide a face to face, interactive, real life story-telling Saltwater Workshop covering; overcoming adversity, motivation, goal setting, self empowerment and includes some diversity, inclusion and disability awareness. The Workshop develops individuals within the workforce/classroom , resulting in positive changes in behaviour, performance and productivity.
